José A. B. Nolla was a speaker at the 36th Society For Human Resources Management (SHRM) Puerto Rico Conference and Exposition, where he presented an overview of the Puerto Rico government’s agenda for labor legislation reform. His presentation was part of the Labor Trends plenary session, which also covered the most recent amendments to the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the controversial bill that may become the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA).
