Ms. Cristina M. Hernández-Ramos is an Associate Attorney of Nolla, Palou & Casellas, LLC.
Ms. Hernández-Ramos’s areas of practice include breach of contract, labor and employment law, collections, and other civil and commercial litigation matters. She is also experienced in torts and is a registered public notary in Puerto Rico.
She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Prior to joining Nolla, Palou & Casellas, LLC, Ms. Hernández-Ramos worked as an Associate Attorney at law firm where she had civil litigation experience in matters such as torts, product liability, construction and insurance, and as a Claims Attorney at a major insurance company in Puerto Rico.
Ms. Hernández-Ramos obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management, Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus, and her Juris Doctor degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. While in law school she participated of the Legal Aid Clinic serving the legal interest of indigent people. She was also a Law Clerk with Hon. Abelardo Bermúdez-Torres, former Judge for the Court of First Instance of San Juan.
Ms. Hernández-Ramos is also fluent in English and Spanish.
